If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of a confirmed order without any charge is accepted only until the moment we inform you by e-mail about its dispatch. If the cancellation is made after the order has started shipping, then you will be charged the shipping costs.
Product Returns
In case you receive a defective product or want to make an exchange due to a wrong size selection, please contact us by email at info@mercijewelry.gr or on our Facebook and Instagram pages or by calling +30 23210 28004 in order to have your return approved.
Then follow the steps below:
1) Fill in the return form that you will find on the packaging.
2) Select the items you want to return and the reason for the return.The items must be accompanied by all relevant shipping documents, the return form and the receipt or invoice.
3) In the event of a return due to a faulty item, please send the package to the address below and select "charge to recipient". Should you choose to have a new product sent to you for replacement, we will send you an immediate message confirming your new order

4) In the event of a return due to incorrect sizing, you will send the items back to us for replacement and the shipping costs to us & reshipment to you will be borne by you.

The exchange of products is carried out exclusively through the partner courier company ACS.
Please note that the product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
