Placing an Order
Placing an order is simple. Browse our collections, select the jewelry pieces you desire, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready to check out, click on the cart icon and follow the prompts to enter your shipping, billing, and payment information. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details.
Payment Options
1. Cash on delivery
You can pay for your order upon delivery of your order to your location. According to the current tax regulations, documents worth more than 500 € (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and documents worth more than 620 € (including VAT) to professionals / businesses (Sales Invoice) should be paid ONLY in the following ways:
Deposit/transfer to a bank account
Payment by bank transfer or bank transfer to a bank account or bank account (bank transfer, bank transfer, etc.)
2. By debit or credit card.
3. By PayPal, using any of your linked credit or debit cards.
4. By deposit in a bank account.
Make your payment directly to one of our partner banking institutions. Please use your order number and your full name as proof of payment. Your order will be executed as soon as payment is confirmed. The deposit must be made within and 3 days from the date of the order, otherwise the order will be deleted. Available Bank Accounts:
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom or personalized pieces may require additional processing time, which will be specified in the item description. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Options
Our products are shipped all over Greece, with no minimum purchase limit.
For orders over 100€, shipping is FREE
For orders less than 80€, shipping is 5€
If you wish to pay cash on delivery the additional order cost is 3€.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the courier's website.
Returns & Exchanges

Gift Orders
If you are sending a gift, we offer complimentary gift wrapping to make your present extra special. Simply select the gift wrapping option at checkout, and we will take care of the rest. Additionally, you can include a personalized message to the recipient, which we will include on a beautiful card.
Order Changes or Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed.
